Every year, we host our Fall Mini Sessions in Seattle, and they quickly become one of our favorite traditions. These sessions only happen once per year, which makes them feel extra special for the families who join us. Because of that, many of our clients return year after year, and we truly love watching their families grow in front of our cameras. There is something so meaningful about documenting those changes each fall.

We carefully choose two beautiful locations to give our clients variety. One day is spent at Magnuson Park, where open fields, tall grasses, and soft golden light create a dreamy backdrop. The second day takes place at Green Lake Park, which offers a classic Seattle feel with colorful foliage and peaceful lakeside views. Both locations photograph beautifully in the fall, and they each bring a unique look to your gallery.

What to Expect from Our Fall Mini Sessions in Seattle

Our mini sessions are designed to be simple, efficient, and fun. Each session lasts 25 minutes, which is the perfect amount of time to capture genuine moments without feeling rushed. During that time, we guide you through natural prompts so your photos feel relaxed and authentic. After your session, you can expect a gallery of approximately 25–35 final images, filled with a mix of candid and lightly posed moments.

We photograph using both film and digital cameras, which allows us to create a gallery that feels both timeless and true to life. Film adds a soft, nostalgic quality, while digital ensures we capture every important moment. This combination gives your images a unique and polished look.
